Our Mounting and Framing department is second to none in capacity and capability. We have a wide array of mounting substrates on which to permanently affix any artwork. First rate laminates are available to preserve images against damage. Our mounting specialists have the skill to cut out your mounted image to create unique signage and displays.
We have a certified framing specialist on staff to mount, mat and frame your prints and pictures in top quality metal and wood frames. Our framing includes everything from economical snap on frames for gatorboard mounts to top-quality metal and wooden frames. Archival framing and assembly services are available for your most precious art.
Our mounting press is the ORCA
SPEED - We can mount and laminate 50 24x36 prints to foam or gatorboard per hour
OUTPUT SIZES -Standard substrate sizes are 48x96, although the ORCA can accept workpieces up to 52 inches wide of any length.
ACCEPTABLE ORIGINALS - We can mount almost any flat image.
2 SIDED MOUNTS - We can mount images back to back. Please allow 1/8 to 1/4 inch bleed.
STANDARD SUBSTRATES FOR SURFACE MOUNTING- Foamcore, Illustration Board, Gatorboard, Gatorplas (all-plastic gatorboard) Sintra (colored plastic sheeting).
STANDARD SUBSTRATES FOR SUBSURFACE MOUNTING - Plexiglas, Non Glare Plexiglas.
STANDARD LAMINATES - Luster, Gloss, PermaFlex (heavy duty laminate), Peel and Stick Adhesive.
OTHER FEATURES - Scotchprint Transfer to Banner Vinyl, Self Adhesive Vinyl, Perforated Window Film.
