Here are some useful Tips & Tricks that will ensure your job a quick turn around with minimal delay. For large format color prints try saving your file as an EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) file. This will ensure all necessary files are embedded and your job will not be delayed. It would also be helpful if your software has the ability to include the fonts into the EPS file or convert the fonts into outlines. Missing fonts is the number one cause for delays in our large format color printing process. One last note be sure to use Adobe fonts and not True type fonts as this also could result in delays. A color proof of your project will help insure a correct print in both color and composition. AEC CAD files for printing should be sent in as plot files from your application software formatted for the Oce '9800 digital printer. Autocad offers the Oce '9800 driver but any HPGL of HPGL2 plotter language will work just fine. We can also install Reprodesk Software at your office to provide 24/7 access to our printing systems.
